Welcome to the Virtual public meeting (january 2022)

This webpage was designed to provide a virtual overview of information presented at the Public Meeting on January 18, 2022.

Residents and stakeholders from the community have been encouraged to attend this meeting (in person or virtually) to provide input in the planning process.

Public comment were accepted through February 4, 2022 and were accepted through various ways as described at the bottom of this web page.

STATION 1: PROJECT OVERVIEW HANDOUT

STATION 2: PROJECT SURVEY

Participants completed a short survey to share input about the reconstruction of Hammond Avenue. The survey is now closed.

STATION 3: MAPPING EXERCISE

Online participants shared thoughts through a WikiMapping exercise to gather:

  • storm water management observations,

  • opportunities for improved ADA compliance,

  • frequent crossings by bicyclists and pedestrians,

  • on-street parking, and

  • other location-based ideas about the reconstruction of Hammond Avenue.
